KTM & GASGAS Mechanic

Born and raised in Ouarzazate, Ali knows this part of Morocco like home, because it is! He is our dedicated KTM and GASGAS mechanic and also joins our motorcycle tours, combining his mechanical knowledge with a growing passion for guiding.

Ali’s journey with Motor Adventures actually started behind the wheel of his pick-up, transporting our bikes. Spending more and more time around the motorcycles sparked an interest in mechanics, and through years of hands-on experience and determination, he worked his way up to become our KTM and GASGAS mechanic. Today, he takes care of our Enduro fleet, from preparing the bikes before a tour to servicing, diagnosing and repairing them when needed.

Ali’s work doesn’t stop at the garage. He joins our motorcycle tours as the dedicated mechanic, so there’s always someone on the trail who knows the bikes inside out. He is also developing his skills as a guide, allowing him to combine his knowledge of the local terrain with his love of motorcycles and adventure.

Away from the bikes, Ali is married and a proud father of four.

Ali speaks Berber, Arabic and French, and is also working on his English, getting plenty of practice from riders who join us from all over the world.
