Our Signature Motorcycle and Buggy Tour in the Sahara Desert

Join us for our Sahara Experience, an unforgettable eight-day journey through the northwestern Moroccan Sahara. This unique adventure has become our signature offering and runs three times a year — in April, May, and October (with children welcome on our October tour, for which we make special arrangements).

Our route traces part of the historic Paris-Dakar path, starting in Marrakech and climbing into the Atlas Mountains, where we reach altitudes of 2,400 meters before embarking on an exhilarating off-road experience.

Over the week, we cover 1,250 to 1,500 km with enduro bikes, buggies, and 4WD, following exciting and challenging routes off the beaten track, including the magical sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. We drive through multiple traditional settlements and nomadic villages where the original Berbers still live. You will get to know the desert in all its forms. Every day is completely different.

Some of the incredible places we visit on this off-road Sahara Desert adventure experience include:

  • Boumalne Dades
  • Merzouga
  • Mhamid el Ghizlane
  • Foum Zguid
  • Ouarzazate

Whether you’re looking for thrilling Sahara Desert 4×4 tours, exhilarating desert buggy tours, or simply the ultimate Sahara enduro experience, Motor Adventures is here to help you have the trip of a lifetime.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about our Grand Sahara Experience or any of our other Morocco tours.

Accommodation on the Grand Sahara Experience in Morocco

Relax in great hotels after an adventurous day in the desert

One of the unique features of travelling with us is the outstanding accommodations we stay in. After a tiresome trip during the daytime, there is nothing more soothing than an inviting swimming pool and maybe even a massage in an authentic Hammam.

During all our Morocco tours, we spend each night in a different accommodation. These include typical Riads, authentic tent camps, luxurious hotels, and Kasbahs with swimming pools, beautiful gardens, and endless starry skies.

Our Grand Sahara Experience 8-day tour also includes a special party in the middle of the week.
